 Price Your Home To Sell

In order to be competitive with the other homes that have sold in your area, you must price your home correctly.

Fix Up Your Home

Do a walk through so that you can write down everything that needs to be repaired.  Fix all necessary items so that your home will stand out from the competition.

Pre-Qualifying Buyers

Make sure that the buyer can afford your home by analyzing their financial situation.  If you have a loan officer that you're working with, have him or her pre-approve the buyer. 

Have Forms On Hand

Be prepared to have all of the forms needed, such seller's disclosure, purchase contract, property survey, HUD settlement statement, and other documents that satisfy many legal requirements.

Maximize Your Home's Exposure

You must get the word out that you have a home for sale.  Tell everyone you know.  You can advertise in print, radio or web but most of your  buyer leads will come from a licensed REALTOR®.
